Terms of Service

Welcome to Cassello Tree Service (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all services provided by our locally owned and family-operated business. By requesting or using our services, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms.

 

1. Services Provided

We offer professional tree care services, including but not limited to:

- Tree trimming and pruning

- Tree removal

- Stump grinding

- Emergency storm services

- General tree maintenance

- Lot clearing 

- Snow removal

 

All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and safety considerations.

 

2. Estimates and Pricing

- All estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of assessment.

- Prices may change if conditions differ from those originally observed (e.g., hidden hazards, access issues, or additional work required).

- Written or verbal estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

 

3. Scheduling and Access

- Customers agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area.

- Any obstacles (vehicles, furniture, pets, etc.) must be removed prior to the scheduled service time.

- We are not responsible for delays caused by restricted access or unsafe conditions.

 

4. Payment Terms

- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

- We accept cash, check, credit/debit cards.

- Late payments may be subject to additional fees or interest as permitted by law.

 

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

- Customers must provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

- We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, equipment issues, or safety concerns.

 

6. Property and Damage

- While we take all reasonable precautions, tree work involves inherent risks.

- Cassello Tree Service is not responsible for:

- Pre-existing property damage

- Underground utilities or structures not clearly marked by the Customer

- Minor lawn or landscaping disturbances caused by necessary equipment

- Customers are responsible for notifying us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or hazards before work begins.

7. Emergency Services

Emergency services may be subject to higher rates due to urgency, after-hours work, or hazardous conditions.

8. Liability and Insurance

- We maintain appropriate insurance coverage as required by law.

- Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided, except where prohibited by law.

- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

- Provide accurate information regarding the property and requested services

- Ensure pets and individuals are kept at a safe distance during operations

- Obtain any necessary permits or permissions unless otherwise agreed

10. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

- Conditions are unsafe

- The scope of work changes significantly

- Payment terms are not met

 

11. Warranties and Guarantees

- We strive to provide high-quality service, but due to the nature of tree care, we cannot guarantee:

- Future health of trees

- Results affected by weather, disease, or environmental factors

 

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
